Avi Korine - has worked as a financier and in strategic financial planning for the past 15 years. Mr. Korine has served as VP finance and as a member on the board of directors of an international group of companies active in the U.S.A., Europe, Israel, and the Far East. In this position he was responsible for the organizations financial strategic planning and for its financial activity. Among other things, Mr. Korine was involved in leading major growth processes, Fundraising for the group and its subsidiaries, the founding of start-ups, bank credit lines, employees pension plans and option plans, operation and purchase. Prior to that, Mr. Korine served as an analyst and a senior economist at an investment house, where he engaged in Fundraising for companies and in M&A’s. Mr. Hershkovitz served as sales director of one of the leading international hi-tech companies extensively active in Europe, the Far East and the United States. In this capacity, he was in charge of the business development and sales of professional services to the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). He led significant growth processes in revenues from professional services, with cumulative sales reaching over $100 million. Mr. Hershkovitz conducted the selling process from the tender stage through to the signing of the selling contract. Prior to that Mr. Hershkovitz served as financial manager in a leading international hi-tech company, managing a budget of over $500 million. Within this framework, his responsibility covered all financial activity in Europe and Africa. Ze’ev Hershkovitz also served as head of a Budget Section, Technological Logistics Division of an enterprise organization, where he gained extensive experience in the field of logistic systems.
